The NH Laguna Palace hotel is a striking, contemporary hotel in Venice-Mestre. This landmark building features one of the largest glass-covered structures in Europe. The hotel enjoys a great location 5 minutes from the Mestre train station, and is just a 10-minute drive from the city’s historical center. The hotel faces a marina, so you’ve water access, too.
The hotel has 376 modern guestrooms in 2 separate buildings. Rooms are tastefully furnished in shades of white, beige and black-brown. They come equipped with free Wi-Fi, a TV and a well-stocked minibar, as well as a desk for working.

In addition to a passport, some international participants will need a Visa. It is advisable to contact the Italian Embassy or Consulate regarding Visa and Health Certificate requirements in your country of residence.
EurOK is available to send you a letter of Invitation for Visa Purposes. The invitation is meant to help participants obtaining a Visa, and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial or legal support. The decision to grant a Visa belongs to the Embassy/ Consulate.
